Flossing, we all want to do it, but it’s not a habit that most of us get into. It is easier to add a new habit to an existing habit structure than to create a new habit by itself. With that being said, here’s what worked for me – Shower flossing! I shower every morning, so that’s where I floss – and my wife never complains about the bathroom mirror getting splattered! In the shower, the floss is visible (vs hidden in a drawer), which helps early in the process of trying to establish a new habit. I floss really well in the winter months because I don’t want to get out of the warm shower into the cold bathroom  This has worked for many patients over the years, give it a try!
